When TikToker Tanya (@tanya.made.me.buy.it) worked as a security guard in a mall, she experienced some spooky stuff. For some context, a little girl had drowned in the wishing well fountain at this mall.
One night, while Tanya was working security and helping close up the mall, she and other employees heard screams belonging to a little girl coming from the bathroom area. However, no one was there.
Another night, Tanya was driving around the perimeter, making sure everyone was clearing out of the mall, when her coworkers announced that there was still somebody in the food court in front of the ice cream shop. They could see someone on the cameras.
One of the security guards on foot went to the food court to tell this person to leave. It was a man wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and a fitted cap.
Tanya could hear everything that was going on through her walkie-talkie. When the guard reached the food court, it was empty.
The cameras showed the guy standing in front of the ice cream shop. The security guard on foot headed over and walked into view of the cameras. He put his hands up, indicating that he still didn’t see anyone.
“But while he’s doing this, the man has his back to the camera because he’s standing in front of the cash register like he’s about to order food,” said Tanya.
“So, basically, they were standing side by side. The security guard was in the camera with his arms up, shrugging, while the man was next to him, just standing there.”
They called the guard back up to show him what they were seeing on the cameras. On camera, someone was there, but physically, no one was there.

In the comments section, many TikTok users described their own experiences with paranormal activity in hospitals, morgues, malls, and more.
“I work in a hospital. I once saw something peeking out of the storage room that used to be part of a morgue. Its head was touching the ceiling, and I was like, I’m going to pretend I didn’t see that, actually, and just got back to work,” commented one user.
“My husband was a Domino’s delivery driver before he met me, and he claims he delivered pizza to a ghost in the morgue of our local hospital one night,” stated another.
“I worked in a building that the third floor used to be some kind of hospital ward. My supervisor was doing rounds and swore she saw a nurse walking into one of the rooms,” shared a third.
So, if you are interested in witnessing paranormal activity, get yourself a job as a night security guard in places like malls or museums.
