Finding out your partner is cheating is devastating enough, but finding out it’s with your own mother is just another level of betrayal.
TikToker Danielle’s (@yourneeewobsession) whole world was shattered when she found out her husband and mom were sleeping together.
One night, he was at work, and she and her mom were drinking at home. Her mom suggested that they go out to the bars. He was her boyfriend at the time, and when he came home, they asked him if he wanted to go out with them. He agreed, so they went to the bar and got really drunk.
They ended up going to Danielle’s cousin’s house. When they got there, her mom was already being overly weird. She tried to lie in bed with her aunt and her boyfriend, so Danielle sent her outside to wait in the car. Her boyfriend was passed out in the car.
While they were driving back home, Danielle kept glancing in the rearview mirror and saw her mom whispering in her boyfriend’s ear.
She didn’t think anything of it at the time. After dropping her mom and boyfriend off, she headed back to her cousin’s house, wanting to continue hanging out.
Her mom called multiple times, asking where she was going and when she would be back. Then, her boyfriend texted, asking where she was.
They seemed super out of it because she had already told them where she was going. She decided to return home. As she pulled up to the house, her favorite song came on, so she stayed in the car until it was over.
When she walked in the house, her mom was coming out of her room with her hair all messy. She looked very startled. Danielle asked what she was doing in her room. Her mom told her that she was just asking Danielle’s boyfriend if he needed any medicine.

Danielle walked into the room and saw her mom’s shoes on the floor next to the bed. She demanded to know what they were doing there.
Her boyfriend immediately punched her in the face. She ended up calling the cops. Her mom persuaded her not to press charges since they were all really drunk.
He left, and the next day, he apologized for what had happened. They went on with life as normal after that. The only weird thing was that her mom would be all over him every time she got drunk.
It was so bad that Danielle’s aunt would get mad at her mom about her behavior.
Three weeks later, on February 14, 2024, Danielle’s boyfriend proposed to her. She was so excited to tell her mom the news, but as soon as she did, her mom became extremely angry.
She stomped around the house, smoking cigarettes. She was really mean to Danielle and started arguments with her.
Danielle and her fiancé moved out in March 2024. Her mom started doing drugs. On her fiancé’s birthday, August 11, 2024, they went over to her mom’s house to celebrate.
The entire time, he was acting irritated. Finally, his friend called, so he went out. When he returned, he was in a bad mood and accused her of cheating. He went to jail that night.
After talking with his friend’s girlfriend, Danielle found out that her fiancé had slept with someone really close to her. She advised Danielle to break up with him. Her heart dropped when she realized that it was her mom.
She immediately confronted her mom, and she looked guilty. They started fighting. Later, she talked to her fiancé about what had happened. He claimed that her mom had assaulted him.
“Everybody’s making me feel crazy,” said Danielle. “So, the only person I have to fall back on is this man and his word. For that next year, he manipulates me and makes me feel like she assaulted him, and this is the only story that I have to rely on.”
He began acting like the perfect man, almost as if he was overcompensating for something he did wrong. The story still wasn’t adding up for Danielle.
But they got married in May 2025. When she continued to question him about everything that happened between him and her mom, he started treating her poorly again.
He left, but three days later, she begged him to come back because she was a stay-at-home mom with no income. He ended up losing his job because he got caught stealing.
On the way to his new job, he started freaking out. She took him to a mental health facility, where he checked himself in. He stayed there for about a week.
After being released, he became more violent toward her than ever. He then had to go back into the facility for three weeks. He did not contact her after getting out.
Finally, he reached out, blaming her for abusing him. Apparently, he had struck up a relationship with a girl in the facility. He and Danielle still got back together.
He stole his grandmother’s ring and pawned it off to get money for a place for them to stay. He had to go back to the mental health facility.
In December, her mom wrote her a long apology and confessed to everything. Danielle could no longer continue a relationship with her husband and told him so, which enraged him.
After a physical fight, she called the police and pressed charges. He ran off before the cops came and ended up hiding for a month.
She quit drinking, a detective is working on her case, and she has learned her lesson. She is now moving forward and will never go back to him.
