Anyone who has worked at a restaurant knows there are difficult customers. And then, there are customers so outrageous that they need a police escort.
Recently, TikToker Madi (@pinkdemonmadi) served the worst table she’s ever had in her 10 years of working in a restaurant. It was 9 p.m., and she was serving her last table, which was a party of 15.
Everything was going well until the food came out. One of the ladies immediately started complaining that her food was overcooked, so Madi got her a new steak.
But the lady complained about the second steak, too. Madi got her a third steak, and she still had something to say about it.
Madi was forced to inform her manager about the situation. The lady was very rude to Madi’s manager. At that point, there were four different steaks cooking in the kitchen, just for this one lady.
When the lady’s daughter’s steak came out, that was also not to their satisfaction, so it had to be recooked. Overall, they had six steaks that had to be redone for this one table.
“My other manager has to go out and tell them that, unfortunately, we cannot give you another steak because at this point, we can’t get it right for you,” said Madi. “There’s just not much we can do for you.”
The person who was paying for the dinner had already covered the bill, so the manager could only offer them a refund or gift cards for future meals.
The lady started to have a meltdown and physically confronted the manager. The guys at the table began pouring drinks all over the table and flipping plates over.

The restaurant called the police, and the entire party was escorted off the property. Madi’s workplace was put on lockdown, so she wasn’t even able to leave after her shift because of how terribly that table of people had behaved.
In the comments section, many TikTok users shared their thoughts on the situation.
“All this and I know there was zero chance the steak was cooked improperly every single time,” commented one user.
“After the second recook isn’t good enough, just change your order to chicken or something,” stated another.
“This happened to me. It was put back on the stove seven times. Eventually, my manager told her to get another meal or get out,” wrote a third.
“I’m so glad my manager knows how to put a stop to this. Fortunately, we don’t serve steaks. I’m at a seafood restaurant, but if you send something back, she’ll fix it the first time, but after that, she’ll kindly ask you to order something different because we are unable to meet your needs on that specific item,” chimed in someone else.
