One time, TikToker Aubrey (@aubsgall) was dating a man with whom she was pretty infatuated. They had gone on numerous dates together, and her feelings for him were growing. He checked off all the boxes on her list of requirements, and she had already met some of the people in his family.
Everything seemed to be going in the right direction—until a pair of underwear exposed his dirty secret. One night, they went out on a date, and after the date was over, they ended up going back to his place. They slept together for the first time.
Once the deed was done, she started getting dressed. She needed to head home because she had to work in the morning. It was dark in the room, so he helped her gather her clothes. He turned on the light and tossed a pair of underwear over to her.
She immediately asked him if he was sleeping with someone else because he just threw someone else’s underwear at her. He insisted that the underwear was hers and claimed that he wasn’t sleeping with anyone else.
Aubrey told him that the underwear wasn’t hers. She often didn’t wear underwear.
“I looked at him; he looked at me, and this is where I get up to leave,” said Aubrey. “This is where I exit stage left. He then tried to obviously talk his way out of it.”
He tried to tell her that she had probably left her underwear behind from another time she was over. There was a split second where she considered giving him the benefit of the doubt, but she did not recognize those panties at all.
In the end, she was glad she trusted her gut and ended things because he suddenly became a father soon after that situation. Now, she’s advising women to listen to their intuition because it’s truly a superpower that can save you from bad situations.
“I think back to so many times in my twenties where I ignored that gut feeling,” said Aubrey. “I ignored my intuition, and every single time, it bit me in the bottom.”

Several TikTok users shared the times they caught their partners cheating when they exposed themselves with an item belonging to another woman.
“It was a pair of earrings on the bedside table. Turns out she and I had the same first name, too,” commented one user.
“Yes, girl, I found concealer that was 25 shades too light for me in the car,” stated another.
“Same, but it was a chapstick in the backseat, which couldn’t possibly have been mine because I’m allergic to one of the ingredients of that brand,” wrote a third.
“Same, but it was a necklace on the nightstand, and he handed it to me in the morning!!” exclaimed someone else.
