She Went On A Date With A Guy Who Was Over An Hour Late, Called His Baby Mama, And Said He Hadn't Been Arrested In A Long Time

After experiencing the worst date ever, TikToker Caroline (@sweeet_carolline) will not be redownloading the dating apps anytime soon. A while ago, she matched with a guy named Peter.

He invited her to go to a concert with her. He had already booked an Airbnb and wanted her to sleep over. Since she had never met him before, she respectfully declined.

They rescheduled their date, and when the time came, he was late by an hour or two. When he finally arrived at her house to pick her up, he did not come to the door.

She got in the car and saw that it was filthy. Her feet were sliding around in mud, and the interior smelled like cigarette smoke. He wore camo pants and crinkled gold tennis shoes.

"Mind you, his profile made it look like he was the sweetest, most innocent angel child," said Caroline. "That was not who showed up at my house. I get in the car, and I'm like, I'll just give him a chance. You never know."

He proceeded to tell her that his friend had died just a few days ago, but he still wanted to go on a date. The date was fine, but on the drive home, he brought up a friend of his who had a kid.

"I kind of had this intuitive feeling that maybe he has a child, and he hasn't disclosed it," Caroline said. "It wasn't on his profile. It said no kids, wants kids."

So, she asked him if he had a kid, and he said yes. About 10 minutes later, he started video chatting with the mother of his child while Caroline was still in the car.

Once they arrived back at her house, he came in and hung out with her sister for a bit. Caroline has all her dates meet her sister because her sister is extremely talented at reading people's characters.

As they were talking, Peter bragged about how he hadn't been arrested in a long time. After he left, Caroline decided to look him up online.

The first thing that popped up during her search was his mug shot.

The next morning, he called her. For some reason, she answered. He told her that he had a nice time on the date and that she was really pretty.

Apparently, he thought she was going to be ugly because he assumed all her photos were heavily edited. Then, he asked her on a second date.

When she turned him down, he said that it was probably a good thing because he missed his ex a lot. To top it all off, he was a welder and had gaping wounds on his hands, which was something of a turn-off.
