Pumpkin is undoubtedly one of the protagonists of our fall dishes. Sweet or savory, any pumpkin dish will bring out its best taste.
We are already familiar with pies, lattes, bread, and soups. Those dishes come out every year and are now a tradition/ routine to us.
But have you tried making pumpkin a sidekick but still equally important?
TikTok user Gerry shares one of his pumpkin recipes under account @ithinkican_cook, where he teaches his audience how to make pumpkin cheesecake dip!
The recipe also looks super easy. No oven, no stove, just mix a bunch of things.
If you’re ready, here is the list of all the ingredients you need:
-8 oz cream cheese
-15 oz pumpkin puree
TikTok; pictured above is Gerry in his video
-1/2 cup of powdered sugar
-2 cups of whipped cream
-A pinch of pumpkin spice (or however much you like)
-Crushed graham
-Crackers
The steps are also super easy–you can almost get it done with your eyes closed.
Just kidding, keep them open if you still want everything in the right place.
First, put the cream cheese pumpkin puree into a bowl and mix them well with a spoon or a spatula. Then add in the powdered sugar and remix the ingredients.
Take another bowl and pour in the heavy cream. Whisk it until the cream is thickened.
Fourth step? Mix the whipped cream again with the previous ingredients, put it in your preferred container, and let the whole thing chill for 30 minutes.
You are basically done with the dish at this point. But Gerry also shares one last step to add more flavor to this dip. Add a pinch of pumpkin spice and crushed graham to the dip.
You may also put more whipped cream on top of everything if you want some extra creaminess!
And now you may enjoy this pumpkin cheesecake dip with your favorite crackers! What a yummy choice for family TV time!
