Her Girlfriend Screamed, Cried, And Accused Her Of Cheating When She Gave Birth To Their IVF Baby

Imagine going through IVF with your partner, who was with you every step of the way, only to have them accuse you of being unfaithful after seeing your baby for the first time.

This 31-year-old woman can't believe her life right now because it's gone so sideways, and it has everything to do with her 34-year-old now ex-girlfriend, Milly.

She and Milly have spent the last decade together after meeting in their freshman year of college. They both dreamed of becoming moms, so three years ago, they started saving up their money so they could undergo IVF one day.

They both have excellent incomes, and after only a year, they had the cash to try for a baby.

"We decided I would carry the baby and Milly's brother would be the donor. The pregnancy went smoothly, and I gave birth to our daughter 2 weeks ago," she explained.

"For context, I'm Wasian (my mum is fully Korean and my dad is white), while Milly is fully white with ginger hair and blue eyes. I have black hair and brown eyes, and her brother looks similar to me."

She was overjoyed when their baby arrived, but as soon as Milly looked at their daughter's face, she started crying and screaming that the baby was definitely not hers.

Puzzled and tired, she responded that there's no way the baby could be, biologically speaking. She figured Milly was spiraling out of control over becoming a parent and would calm herself down eventually.

But no, Milly doubled down and said she had to be cheating on her with an Asian man. She pointed out to Milly that she's Asian, and the biological dad is her brother, so their daughter absolutely could look like she was only Asian.

Milly continuously accused her of cheating, so she made her leave the hospital. Milly announced that she had to be cheating before walking away.

She really couldn't believe Milly's behavior. She had literally given birth to their IVF baby, and Milly thought she was somehow unfaithful.

Her family arrived not long after Milly's departure and so luckily had then to rely on. After she was discharged from the hospital, she went home to discover that Milly had removed a lot of her belongings.

She decided to call Milly's mom and dad, but they would not pick up the phone. She phoned Milly's brother next, who was surprised that Milly was not with her and the baby.

She filled Milly's brother in, who promised to speak to Milly and get to the bottom of her outburst. After two entire days of radio silence from Milly, she called.

Milly was much calmer while still saying she cheated. She once again told Milly that wasn't possible, as Milly was at every single one of their IVF appointments. Milly claimed it was all a cover-up.

She started sobbing and was so angry that she dumped Milly. Milly said that sounded good, but called her some atrocious names before they hung up.

Four days after that fateful phone call, Milly showed up on her doorstep saying sorry and wanting to get back together. She informed Milly that she could no longer view her in the same light or forgive her.

She had no choice but to shut the door right in Milly's face after she screamed and cried.

"I still can't understand how she could leave me alone immediately after I gave birth to our child over something so stupid. I told my friend what happened, and she was furious with me," she continued.

"She said I was throwing away 10 years over 'one week of misunderstanding,' called me a [jerk], and told me to make up with Milly.

"But I don't think I can forgive her. She abandoned me for a week after I gave birth to our child because she convinced herself I'd cheated."

She's left wondering if she's wrong for dumping her girlfriend over accusing her of cheating.

Yeah, Milly's breakdown is absolutely an acceptable reason to no longer want to be with her. Milly is being super unstable, and that's not a good idea for her to be around the baby.

I wonder if Milly's projecting, as no other reason makes sense. Regardless, I hope she enjoys being a mom and doesn't let Milly ruin this for her.
